The Basics of Online MLM (Part 1)

MLM is now in-demand as it can widen opportunities and successes even when you are just in your comfort zones. All you need are sufficient knowledge, right skills and the will to make it happen.

Now, where do you begin? How do you get started? If you’re interested, read on and realize how these tips for newbies to attraction marketing and the Renegade University which provides for MLM Online Training.

For Newbies

1)  Get oriented and familiarize yourself with the campus and courses offered.  All classes offered are complimentary with membership.

2)  Start at the beginning.  Take it one step at a time. Don’t put pressure on yourself to learn it all at one time.  If you do this, you’ll really go crazy and be burnt out.  This can be such a rewarding and fun time for you as you discover the skills it takes to create multiple streams of income and build a profitable online business.

3)  Be willing to take your coach’s recommendations to get oriented without getting distracted.  His advices and experiences can be your guide in taking a good step – of what, when, where and how to do online MLM effectively. 4)  Don’t be overwhelmed.  There is a lot of information in Renegade University.  Even though it’s a click by click video instruction, there are many things to absorb. In online MLM, success takes work.  Be part of the 2% who roll up their sleeves and learn this stuff while the rest of them sit in front of the TV because they’re tired after working the 9-5 all day.  It’s been said that if you will do what most people will never do, you will have what most people will never have.

5)  Allow yourself to have time to go through an orientation phase.  Only you can decide on how long it takes to get through this as well as how much time you need in between logging back into the campus and continuing to learn. You practically decide how long this orientation lasts.  If you’ve been away from campus awhile, you may need to start over and get oriented again.

Results can come anywhere between 2 weeks to 3 months.  So, basically, the length of time it takes for you to get through your orientation is really dependent upon your schedule and experience in business.

Blanket Recommendation to Brand New People

1)  “Start Here Checklist”:  Look over the links at the top of the Marketing Tutorials page – there are several links for people without any computer knowledge.  This has been a tremendous help for the individual who basically knows how to turn their computer on.  There’s really basic training there.

2) Go to the Attraction Marketing section and create one Squidoo and one Ezine article. Don’t worry about how good your content is.  The purpose here is just in learning how to implement and do it right.  You are in the orientation stage and getting comfortable with learning and implementing.

3)  Take the ‘Writing With Pull’ class but only if you feel you need it right at this point.  Some individuals are very good writers coming into the business.  But for others, writing is a struggle. Therefore, take an honest evaluation of your writing abilities in terms of what to write about, who your target market is, your keyword research and see if you need assistance or whether you can skip this class for the time being.

Once you have some content out there, you are in a position to create links from one piece to the other.  You can now learn the fundamentals that get your content to come up on search engines to generate leads.

4)  Now onto the SEO Training Areas (See 2nd big red button on social marketing page and all the stuffs under miscellaneous column)

5)  If you are excited or eager to watch the video, jump in here.  It’s highly recommended.  Be sure to take the class entitled Attractive vs. Unattractive Content (in miscellaneous section on campus).

6)  Now, create a lot of contents. Don’t forget to watch ‘Writing With Pull’ even if you think you are a good writer.

7)  Review articles related to “leveraging the news in your industry” at the blog, create Hubpages, Squidoo Lenses and articles.  Keep on it.  1 year, 2 years, 3 years down the road, you will be so leveraged, you will own the industry as it unfolds.

Position yourself to dominate.  People are out there getting the information, buying tools resources and programs, but 95% won’t follow through and implement.

8)  If you haven’t already done so, start a blog.  It doesn’t hurt to start a blog before this time if you’re inspired to do so.

9)  Now go to marketing tutorials in the social marketing area.  See what you’ve missed.  Fill in with classes you haven’t taken and proceed.

Again, this may seem like a lot, but it is well worth the education.  With the economy loosing jobs every day, the trend is going to continue for a long time. This can even last a lifetime. Do these basics and get started – jumpstarting your online MLM business success. Good luck!
