Renegade University: A Reliable Avenue for Beginners

The Basics of Online MLM (Part 2)

Hello readers! I’m back. Here is the continuation of my previous post on some internet marketing tips to help you start your own online business.

If you are not new in the business but you think you still need clarity and direction, a clearer and better view on how to do this right, well, this post is definitely for you. Below are some of my recommendations to guide you to generate some additional income at home.

1) I still recommend the ‘Start Here Checklist’ and getting through the Renegade Professional campus.

2) I still recommend you build a “web of content”, so look over the previous recommendation list and see what you’re not familiar with to make sure those components are in place.

3) Do you want to spend money to leverage time? If yes, you have to learn about …

a) Ezine Solo Ads

b) Pay Per Click

c) Advertising on other sites

d) Outsourcing

4) Are you building a downline right now? Watch these tutorials.

a) How to Work With Your Prospects. (click on attraction marketing, then marketing tutorials, top of page)

b) Attraction Prospecting on the Phone (marketing tutorials)

5) If you need help with content ideas or more confidence writing, again, the ‘Writing With Pull’ class is a must do.

Tip: Find out from this huge buffet of marketing strategies, what it is that you like to do.

Video Marketing

Now, do you get excited about the idea of video marketing? Then, I guess, you can become a certified video king and put out massive amounts of videos, using the right techniques you’ve learned on how to do that. Even if you’re not excited about the video, it is highly recommended that you do it.

Online video marketing is really huge but a very effective tool to make you win and succeed. This can also be your key to communicate effectively to your target audience. In here, you can discuss your product profiles, descriptions and benefits at the best and shortest possible time. There is nothing else that comes close to the effectiveness and persuasion power of a well-designed and interesting video message.

Article and Content Writing

Do you love to write? Start a blog if you haven’t already. Submit articles like crazy. Get massive amounts of contents out there. Put up Squidoo lenses, Hubpages, etc. Put your love for writing to work that will generate cash and leads for you. Nothing can beat you if you do this with your heart, your passion.

The bottom line is to find what you enjoy doing in terms of marketing and become really good at it. Then, follow through and build a web of content. I’m telling you – these all work. Whether you focus on video marketing or article writing, you need some good contents to create links from one piece of content to the other to build your web. Why not try some SEO classes to help you out? Nice idea.

Do you love to socialize and network? Then go to these Social Networking Sites: Twitter, Facebook, MySpace and a lot more. These are the top 3 but certainly, there is a lot more for you. To help you with this, Take the “Building Relationships Through Comments” class by Barbara Silva (Content Sharing Section).

Focus on creating your web content and building a lead capture page and on setting up building your email list first. Then go to the social networking suggestion above last (because you still must know it).

Would you enjoy interviewing people such as authors, industry leaders, big names, new names, uplines in your company, people who apply attraction marketing in product niches? This is great value to offer if you enjoy doing it. If so, see the Podcast tutorial.

Know what you like to do and get good at it. Don’t let any exciting sales page coming into your email box get you off course. There are thousands of ways to be successful. There is NO one size fits all. People are failing because they are being put in a box and told how to do marketing. Do what you enjoy and don’t let what someone else thinks you should do. Be your own boss. Good luck, peeps! Til my next post – Part 3.
